Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means we reserved time in our schedule exclusively and respectfully for you.

We understand life happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment.

We kindly ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of $50. This is included where our cleaners are unable to access the property, are turned away, or the client is unavailable.

In the event that Kadabra Kleaners needs to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice will be given to the client. A new appointment will then be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your service.
